MANUFACTURING MANAGER 

Reporting to the GM of the operation your primary focus is to provide business leadership to one of the operating units within their manufacturing facility and day to day liaison with the Sales Department. Your key accountabilities will include: managing a team of approximately 40 staff including shop floor specialists, project & production engineers to project leaders, commercial accountability, managing sales and controlling production and driving the overall profitability of the business unit.  

Ideally you will have a proven background in business management within a manufacturing environment.  This is best suited to a production/ manufacturing manager with highly advanced commercial and communication skills. You will have strong negotiation, written and verbal skills.  Ideally you will have a diploma in social, business or mechanical related disciplines, and have a strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing environments,
